The general terms and conditions of sale detailed below govern the contractual relationship between the User (hereafter referred to as You) and Musik Haag AG (hereafter referred to as We) and both parties accept these conditions unreservedly. These general conditions of sale are the only conditions that are applicable and replace all other conditions, except in the case of express, written prior dispensation. If you are in Switzerland or the Principality of Liechtenstein, all prices include the VAT. If you are outside CH and FL, we do not charge VAT from you (Export from Switzerland is tax free). Orders

Payment Options
Online payment via major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Amexco by means of a secure payment system (your card is charged at the day of your order for security reasons). We use one of the most reliable secure payment systems available on the Internet: the SSL protocol. (For more information, visit: www.ssl.com), operated by SAFERPAY (see www.saferpay.com). All of your personal details are protected and encrypted before they are sent for processing. Bank transfer payment: Musik Haag offers the opportunity to pay by bank transfer. Please note that Bank transfers from abroad will only be accepted if the additional transfer costs are paid by the customer. Your payment will be processed when your bank transfer is received. Once your payment received we will dispatch your license. The processing of off-line payments may take several days.
Delivery
We deliver by Swiss Post. The system calculates the transport fees automatically based on the gross weight. Returning Policy

This contract shall come under Swiss law. We cannot be held liable for any kind of damages, material, immaterial or corporal, that arise as a result of the malfunctioning or misuse of our products. The same shall apply where any alterations are made to products by their manufacturers. Our liability shall, in any case, be limited to the setting up of the order and we may not be held liable in the event of simple errors or omissions which may occur in spite of all the precautions taken in presenting our product. In the event of a dispute, our customer services division is at your disposal with the aim of reaching the fairest, amicable settlement. Failing this, the Court in Kreuzlingen/Switzerland shall be the only court with jurisdiction to rule on such disputes, regardless of the place of delivery or accepted method of payment.
